Within 30 days of purchase, we offer returns and exchanges at 100% the original purchase value.
You can return your product for store credit or exchange for a different product.
Refunds to the original payment method are subject to evaluation and discussion.
Within the return term, in-store refunds and exchanges incur no additional fees.
Returns or exchanges that require shipping will incur shipping and handling fees to be paid by the customer.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for refunds to the original patent method. Store credit and exchange for a different product remain as options.
- Returned and exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned and exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may not be returned or exchanged
- Digital products may not be returned or exchanged
- Lost or damaged items will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Additional information:
- Returns or exchange requests that are after 30 days and within 90 day of purchase are prorated based on product and specific conditions.

- DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: Please detail whether you are seeking a store credit for the purchase, an exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
